Comfortable four-star self-catering accommodation on the ground floor next to owners’ house, set in a woodland garden with stream and mill pond. Quiet location with beautiful views, ten minutes walk from Llangollen and just round the corner from Plas Newydd, an historic house.
Ample off-road car parking next to the accommodation.
One double bedroom with shower (with seat) and washbasin and one single bedroom with en-suite WC and washbasin. Extra folding bed for child available in double room. Both bedrooms have radio alarm clock.
Bathroom with shower (with seat), wash basin and WC. Well-equipped kitchen with automatic washing machine, fridge, freezer, cooker and microwave.
Pleasant sitting room with feature electric fire and dining area, TV, VCR, DVD, CD and radio, opening on to a terrace with sitting / dining area and ornamental fishpond.
All linen, towels etc supplied.
Central heating and electricity included in price. Other features include:- drying and ironing facilities, supplementary heater, selection of books, videos, CDs, DVDs and local information. Hair dryer.
Access to woodland garden and streamside walks. As we have ducks and pheasants in the garden as well as a small plant nursery (not open to the public) we regret we cannot accept pets (guide dogs welcome).
Good knowledge of local area. Welsh and French spoken.
Ideally situated for Snowdonia, Chester, the Welsh Borders, visiting historic houses, shopping, golfing or just relaxing. Fruit and continental breakfast basket to welcome you on arrival.
