Croes Gwenhwyfar - Arthurian LlangollenCroes Gwenhwyfar - Arthurian Llangollenituated not far from the towpath of the Llangollen Canal are the remains of a base for a stone cross. The earliest recorded name for this cross is Croes Gwenhwyfar by Edward Lhuyd in the 1690's.
