Tyn-y-Wern Guest Accommodation

The Ty’n y Wern, or House in the Meadow in English, dates back to 1730, when it was built and owned by Tyndwr Hall and used as a tied farm cottage and ten acre small holding by the workers on the estate.

It’s use as a farmhouse continued right up to 1904 when it began to offer accommodation for travellers along the busy London to Holyhead road, or the A5 in new money.
